4NRX Pharmacy UK is the UK division of 4NRX Pharmacy who've been around for over a decade and ship to several countries. They operate out of Hong Kong and all orders are shipped from there.

They source medications through standard international supply channels, typically selling whichever country's branding is cheaper, Australia and Turkey being quite common.

Payments

Unlike most pharmacies 4NRX do accept Visa, just not on your first order. If you make your first order using that payment method it will be rejected and they will ask you to pay via bank transfer or Bitcoin, though bank transfer can be difficult as many payment processors such as Wise have blocked their account.

Postage

All deliveries are made via airmail from Hong Kong and take around 2-6 weeks. Their deliveries often get held up in customs for some time.

Inhouse Pharmacy are a reliable online pharmacy who've been around for a couple decades. They are a subsidiary of their parent company Pacific Health who operate from the Pacific island nation of Vanuatu where they are a licensed pharmacy providing prescription medications to customers all over south pacific islands. Inhouse Pharmacy is merely a secondary sales channel for them, taking advantage of Vanuatu's lax medical export laws.

Their medications are of high quality, and sourced through the same supply chains as US pharmacies.

While highly reliable, operating from such a remote location incurs all kinds of extra costs meaning that they are rarely the cheapest option, and have some of the longest postage times of any OTC hormone provider, typically 4-6 weeks.

Payments

Like most pharmacies they do not accept Visa or Mastercard due to their respective medical services policies, however they do accept American Express. They also of course support direct bank transfer, however doing so is complicated by Vanuatu not operating on the SWIFT system and Wise plus several other transfer services having them blacklisted.

They haven't accepted Cryptocurrency as a payment method for several years due to increased regulation and are unlikely to ever do so.

All deliveries are made via airmail and take around 4-6 weeks. Their deliveries often get held up in customs for some time. If your order is lost in shipping they will happily send you a second delivery.

Vanna Pharma is a small British team producing a few forms of Liquid Estradiol. They've been operating since mid 2022 and are slowly garnering a positive reputation within the British Trans DIY community. While we do not know their credentials we know they're a small group of trans people doing this with a reliable well documented process and they provide ample information, qualifications and medical warnings going above and beyond to make sure their customers are well informed. Their product is also extremely cheap and their delivery is quite fast being domestic.

Payments

Vanna Pharma only accept Cryptocurrency payments via Bitcoin or Monero.

Postage

All packages are shipped domestically within the UK, the packaging is discreet, and typically takes 1-2 weeks.
